FAQ

  • First please complete the Contact Form from the website. Next you will be contacted via email to confirm availability. If the filming date is available an invoice and contract will be prepared. A non-refundable $700 deposit and signed contract is required to secure the wedding booking.

  • Sit back and relax after the deposit has been paid!

    2 months before the wedding a questionnaire will be sent to gather finalised details.

    Next we will arrange a catch up either in person or over zoom to discuss everything in detail.

    I cannot wait to hear about all the exciting details and start visualising your film designs :)

  • The first preview reel will be released 24-48 hours after the wedding day. The other reels will be released over the next few weeks. The finished gallery will be delivered 8-15 weeks after the wedding day. All films will first be received via an online gallery. Then finally a Solsken Studio timber box with USB will be mailed with the completed gallery as a keepsake.

    The Cinematic Highlight Film will be published on Vimeo & Instagram after clients have previewed first. The Ceremony, Reception Speeches & Film Chapters are for your private keepsake only. The Instagram reels will be published on Instagram but also uploaded to your online gallery and USB.

    All camera footage is filmed and delivered in 4K resolution.

  • When we catch up, we talk all the details and what your VIBE & VISION is for your day. Once the wedding is over, I will listen to many songs and ultimately select what creatively fits with the story of your day. I legally license the music from special filmmaker sites as it is illegal to reuse mainstream songs in this way.

    For the Instagram Reels mainstream songs can be used. We can potentially use an important song from the wedding day such as the first dance song or walking down the aisle song if they sit pretty with the footage.

  • Yes, subject to venue rules and weather conditions.

    The Drone will be used for location shots of the wedding ceremony/reception and never flown during the ceremony itself.

  • Travel & Accomodation costs may be required 200km + away from my home town in Cobram, Vic.

    If you would like extra coverage, please advise and costs will be provided.
